Miguel serves as a manager of the Energy Conservation Programs External Affairs and Public Policy for Florida City Gas. In his role, Mr. Bustos oversees the administrative, marketing and educational aspects of the program for the nearly 104,000 customers in Florida. He also coordinates regulatory matters that impact the company's regulated utilities. Previously, Mr. Bustos served as a manager of business operations where he was responsible of development and implementation of business plans. Mr. Bustos has 10 years of professional experience in the energy and natural gas industry. Prior to joining Florida City Gas he served as lead auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers. He serves as a treasurer of the Associated Gas Distributors of Florida, he also serves in the marketing committee of the Florida Natural Gas Association and he is a member of the American Gas Association, Southern Gas Association and American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Bustos received his bachelor degree in accounting and finance from Polytechnic University and completed course work for a MBA in finance from University of Americas.
